ICPS security and foreign policy expert Sacha Tessier-Stall, from Montreal, Canada, manages research and policy development teams at ICPS relating to Europeanization and Ukraine’s foreign and trade policies, among other responsibilities. He has published on energy security, the rise of private military firms, and great-power geopolitics since joining the Centre in 2009.

Mr. Tessier-Stall holds a Master's degree in international security policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a Master’s in international public management from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
