Maksym Lysiuk joined the ICPS team in August 2011 as a junior attorney. He graduated with a Master’s in law from the Academy of Municipal Administration with a specialization in jurisprudence. During his studies, he interned at the Solomianskiy and Podilskiy District State Administrations in Kyiv. Over June-July 2011, he interned at the Pechersk District Court. This has given Mr. Lysiuk experience working in public administration and local government, translation and editing both academic papers and informational materials.
