New project to alter Ukraine’s energy security

Today, energy security is a key determinant of the economic development of a country and its role in the international arena. One of the basic measures to reach these goals is having appropriate strategic planning. This includes updating related conceptual documents concerning energy security to reflect best international practice.

In connection with this, the International Center for Policy Studies has launched a new project called “Strategic priorities to strengthen Ukraine’s energy security through 2030” with funding from the Embassy of the United Kingdom. The project will involve expert discussions of problematic issues in the energy sector and the preparation of a series of analytical documents, including Green papers designating a range of issues and White papers providing algorithms for resolving them.
