ICPS’s Ihor Zhovkva on Radio Svobody’s “Guest Time”
On 9 July 2010, ICPS’s Foreign Policy Program Director Ihor Zhovkva was a guest on the Radio Svoboda [Radio Liberty] program, “Time for Guests.” Mr. Zhovkva discussed various scenarios for Ukraine’s development that were written about in detail in “Inside Ukraine,” an ICPS monthly. He also answered questions put to him by presenter Vitalia Portnikova and listeners about options for the development of Ukrainian-Russian relations.
