in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to Monitor the Progress
of Reforms and Protect Human Rights
A presentation and discussion of the working version of this document took place on 9 February in Dnipropetrovsk.
Participants in the brainstorming session discussed:
- a public paper on land reform in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (version 2, reflecting commentary from the first brainstorming session).
- a concept for a public platform for instituting land reform in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (version 2, reflecting propositions from the first brainstorming session).
- Terms of Reference for monitoring progress in reaching the objectives of land reform by local governments.
