Nataliya Borodchuk

Nataliya Borodchuk nborodchuk@yahoo.com

Project management specialist with research experience in foreign aid, combating corruption, education, and socio-economic policy. Ms. Borodchuk has coordinated anti-corruption and educational technical assistance projects, funded by the US State Department and USAID. She also worked in private sector as manager for international trade at the MERX Group. In 2010, Ms. Borodchuk did a study for Transparency International in Berlin. She joined ICPS in February 2011.

Maxim Boroda
Experienced project manager/coordinator, expert in analysis, monitoring and evaluation of socio-economic policies on the national and local level. Posses expertise in methodology development, benchmarking, economic, demographic and gender analysis. Current researches are focused on quality of life evaluation, consumer confidence monitoring and socio-demographic policy analysis. Had benchmarking internship in the leading Canadian think-tank – The Conference Board of Canada. Graduated from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with degree in Economics.

Oleh Rybachuk


In 1992-1999, he worked at the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) as manager of the external relations department, manager of the international banking relations administration, and director of the department of international relations. In 1999-2001, he was the Chief-of-Staff of the Office of the Premier of Ukraine. In 2002-2005, he was Vice Premier for European Integration. In 2005-2006, he was Chief-of-Staff of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.
