Today, Ukrainian foreign policy is at a crossroads. Not between East and West, but between relevance and irrelevance. Over the last few years Kyiv has damaged its image, lost the trust of its key partners and missed a lot of opportunities. The ICPS team proposes four strategic priorities for Ukrainian foreign policy – simple, but urgent. These priorities can consolidate the Ukrainian society and help use foreign policy to the country’s benefit.
