ICPS Social Economy Program launched

The “Social Economy” program has been launched and the first meeting of its expert council took place. Participants included Hlib Vishlynskiy, Manager of Research and Commissions at GfK Ukraine; Viktor Liakh, Executive Director of the Eastern Europe Fund; Vadym Pishcheyko, First Deputy Chair of Derzhkomstat, the state statistics agency; Viktoria Tetiora, analyst with the “Business environment and the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine” project at the International Finance Corporation (IFC); and Maryna Shapovalova, Deputy Director for Research at the Institute of Economic Research under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
