Making Change Happen

Everybody talks about “change” today, but this word has different meanings for every individual and every country. In his election campaign, Barack Obama chose the word “change” as his key message. This brought him the Presidency. In Ukraine, “change” has never been part of any political campaign, but as soon as he became President
