Analyst Ihor Shevliakov is an experienced developer and coordinator of research into public policy mechanisms, the organization and implementation of public policy consultation, and assessments of international technical assistance projects. Mr. Shevliakov previously worked for four years in the Finance Ministry, eventually attaining the level of the Deputy Head of the World Bank relations Department. He has also acted as a business consultant before joining ICPS in 2003. Mr. Shevliakov has authored or co-authored various publications on a wide range of topics, from Ukraine’s HIV/AIDS priorities to legislative reform for political party donations and local governance issues.
Mr. Shevliakov has an MBA with honours in financial management from Kyiv National Economic University.
